The requirements of rice milling are to reduce broken rice as much as possible, improve yield, improve purity, increase output, reduce costs and ensure safety on the premise of ensuring that the finished rice meets the specified standards. In the process of rice milling, an appropriate amount of rice husk must be kept in strict accordance with the provisions of the national rice grade standard, which is not only beneficial to the nutrition of the human body, but also of great significance to saving food. 

In particular, how to grind rice well according to the requirements of rice milling requires a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the technological characteristics of brown rice, the principle of rice milling, the rice milling equipment, and advanced operating methods, In order to ensure the accuracy of finished products, try to produce as many meters as possible. The rice grains with good quality generally bear a pressure of 3-6kg, which can be adjusted appropriately. The higher the precision of the finished product is, the greater the pressure inside the rice machine is. Too much pressure inside the machine often causes a lot of broken rice, or the white is uneven due to insufficient pressure inside the machine, which can be adjusted flexibly. 

However, white rice is often mixed with too much broken rice and rice bran for various reasons, which affects the quality of finished products, so it must be sorted and graded. Mainly according to the quality requirements of finished products, the broken rice that exceeds the specified indicators is separated. Our factory uses a plane rotary screen. In consideration of the damage of the rice screen of the rice machine, the lower screen surface is used to support small rubber balls for cleaning the upper screen surface, and it is hung on the screen frame through four suspenders, which can make a plane rotary movement under the drive of the eccentric transmission mechanism. During operation, the material on the screen surface slides relative to the screen surface due to the movement of the screen body, so that the material smaller than the screen hole passes through the screen surface and is separated. Then check the content of broken rice and bran powder of white rice, adjust the machine in time to reduce the content of broken rice and bran powder.
