Every step of rice processing
The rice processing process includes the following steps:
1. Rice cleaning section: The rice is initially cleaned to remove non-rice impurities, such as sand, metal and barnyard grains, etc., to obtain clean rice.
2. Rice hulling separation section: The clean rice is processed by rice hulling to separate the rice husk and paddy roughness to obtain clean rice.
3. Rice milling and finished product finishing section: The rice is whitened by the rice mill. Generally, it needs to be whitened once or multiple times, and different degrees of whitening are carried out according to the product requirements. The rice is then graded, cooled, whitened, and polished to obtain different grades of rice.
4. Packaging and storage: The finished rice is measured and packaged, and then stored in the warehouse.
During the processing, attention also needs to be paid to the collection and processing of by-products, such as the utilization of rice husks. According to the characteristics of raw materials, market demand and product characteristics, the process design layout needs to be reasonably laid out and designed to achieve the best use functions and purposes.
