Operation guide and maintenance of corn thresher
Peeling machine: used to crush corn
Separate corn from embryo
Operation Guide:
1. Turn on the power switch and start the machine.
2. Feed corn into the entrance of the machine.
3. Adjust the adjustment knob of the thresher to control the degree of corn threshing.
4. Adjust the speed knob of the machine as needed to control its operating speed.
During the operation, pay attention to the operation of the machine and the effectiveness of threshing.
After completing the homework, turn off the power switch in a timely manner and clean the external debris of the machine.
Maintenance:
1. After each homework is completed or before the homework starts, carefully check whether the nail teeth on the threshing drum are missing. If any missing parts are found, they should be supplemented in a timely manner. Check whether the nail teeth that have not fallen off are broken or deformed, and replace them in a timely manner if any problems are found.
2. After each homework is completed, the remaining ears, debris, dust, and other dirt on the thresher should be cleaned in a timely manner. The main working positions should be wiped, and the exposed rotating parts should be lubricated with lubricating oil to prevent rust.
3. Regularly check whether all components of the machine are loose or damaged, and repair them in a timely manner. During the inspection process, attention should be paid to checking whether the belt drive and chain drive are properly tensioned, whether the belt is aging or deteriorating, and whether the transmission chain is damaged or worn.
4. Check the water volume and lubricating oil content in the water tank and transmission box, remove dust near the oil filling port, water filling port, and dust cover, and avoid mixing debris or dust during the process of adding lubricating oil or cooling water.
After the homework period ends, the thresher should be properly stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, and the main working parts should be treated with rust prevention to ensure the normal use of the thresher next year.
Please note that during operation and maintenance, it is essential to follow safety operating procedures to avoid accidents. If encountering problems that cannot be solved, professional maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for handling.
