The selection trend of food processing equipment
The process of food processing can be divided into two categories:
The first sort :It is to dehull, peel and grind raw grains such as rice, sorghum, millet, and millet into granular finished grains;

General process

The brown rice is milled into the rice milling machine to make white rice. After finishing the finished product, the broken rice bran is removed to obtain the finished white rice.
Some customers choose to directly use rice mills to directly process rice into white rice, but the rice yield rate is low and there are more broken rice.

After the raw grains are initially cleaned by the primary cleaning sieve, various impurities and dirt adhering to the surface of the wheat grains are removed by a vibrating sieve, a wheat threshing machine, a selection machine and a wheat washing machine.
After cleaning, the cleaned wheat is removed by magnetic separation equipment and then enters the mill to grind into powder. After sieving through a flat screen, the flour is extracted.
The intermediate material is then pulverized by another mill. The bran is discharged after being processed by a bran brushing machine and a round sieve.
When making special or high-quality flour, a powder cleaner is also used to separate pure and relatively pure endosperm particles from the intermediate material discharged from the mill and flat screen, and further grind them into special and high-quality flour.

Development trend
1. The parts in contact with grain in grain processing machinery will be more alloy and non-metallic materials to prevent rust and ensure the cleanliness of the finished grain;
2. The frame will use light metal and thin-walled steel structure to reduce weight, and try to use the internal space of the equipment to arrange components to reduce the volume. The service life and interchangeability of working parts and moving parts will be further improved, while the number of fastening points and parts will be simplified and reduced to shorten the assembly and disassembly time of working parts and reduce scattered parts
