Corn processing line features and application
Corn germ extraction is the latest development product, suitable for large medium-sized corn cogeneration plants, feed mills, oil and grease plant, starch plant, ideal for corn ethanol alcohol plant.
The ballast device of Corn germ extraction using corn germ suspension velocity and the proportion of the different physical properties, with the gas flow upwardly through the gap germ, corn germ and ballast to promote separation of the inclined orientation of the sieve effect of making corn germ extraction reciprocal rotation, run toward the discharge end of the ballast, floating on top of the ballast under the own weight of maize to flow the discharge end, so that the ballast separated from the corn germ.
